Yasmin is a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor specialising in Pilates-based movement and core conditioning. Her sessions blend precision with intentional sequencing to support strength, posture, and body toning. With a focus on technique-led movement, Yasmin's classes are structured, accessible, and designed to build a strong, balanced body, helping you move with confidence.

Kate de Freitas
Kate de Freitas is a Level 3 personal trainer (CIMPSA & OFQUAL endorsed) and dynamic reformer Pilates instructor with a strong focus on helping clients regain fitness after injury or time away. Her approach is grounded in decades of experience across many sports, endurance events, and restorative movement.

Adrienn Vass
Adrienn Vass is a classically trained dancer with an MFA in Dance, specialising in neurodiversity. Her work is grounded in inclusive, responsive teaching that honours the individuality of every body and mind.
Trained in the STOTT Pilates method and influenced by classical Pilates, Feldenkrais, and contemporary dance techniques, she teaches with precision and deep attentiveness to each individual. Inspired by Martha Graham’s belief that “the body never lies,” Adrienn supports strength, balance, and a deeper trust in the body.
